He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Goins and Bessie Puckett Goins. He is survived by: his children, Jason Goins, Sara Huntly, Leanne Rowan and Michael Stewart; and his siblings, Mark Goins and Patsy Lawson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium Clarksville Chapel (34874 Atlantic Ave, Ocean View, DE 19970). A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
