He is survived by: his wife Sally DeVito (Burrafato); and his siblings, Philip DeVito of Ocean View, DE, Anthony DeVito of Millsboro, DE, Angela Nittoly (Kenneth) of Ocean View, DE, Nancy McCune of Ocean View, DE and Lucille "Luann" Osakowicz (Frank) of Ocean View, DE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ocean View Chapel of Melson Funeral Services (38040 Muddy Neck Rd, Ocean View, DE 19970). A prayer will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
