She was predeceased by: her parents, Huldarico Ortiz and Maria Ortiz (Ayala); and her siblings, Orlando Ortiz and Debbie Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband Andrew Richards; her children, Orlando "Landi" Ortiz and Amy Richards (Jermaine); her grandchildren, Brianna Boomer and Jermaine Boomer, Jr.; her great grandchild Zyaire Gatewood; her siblings, Wanda Ortiz, Luz Ortiz, Marta Ortiz, Diana Ortiz, Huldarico "Junior" Ortiz (Sadie) and Ernie Ortiz (Zita); and her sister-in-law Madeline Ortiz. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews; and 20 great nieces and nephews.
