It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie F. Sturgeon (Delaware City, Delaware), who passed away on August 6, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Sturgeon and Emma Sturgeon (Miller); her son Brian; and her siblings, Sandra, Emma, Connie, Camilla, Richard, James and Harry.
She is survived by: her brothers, Stephen Sturgeon and Bruce Sturgeon (Kathy); and her friend Dorothy Hall.
