He is survived by: his daughter Stacie Rae Shaughnessy (Mike); his granddaughters, Rylee and Teagan of Wilmington, DE; his daughter Nicole Diane Kuczynski of Chesapeake City; his granddaughter Faith Patricia Warren of Hickory, NC; his stepdaughter Samantha McDaniel (Troy) of Salisbury, MD; his grandchildren, McKenzi Sapp, Ezekiel, Zane Kuczynski, Ian, Tally, Mia, Brooklyn and Izabella; his siblings, Carol Kuczynski of New Castle, DE and Walter Kuczynski of Middletown, DE; and his siblings' children, Todd, Michael, Chad Kuczynski, Brian Kirkpatrick and Kristy DuHadaway. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
