She is survived by: her children, Gabriel Radcliffe and Maya Curlett; her grandchildren, Michael and Madison; her stepfather Gus Cileone; her brother Joshua Turnbull (Noor); her nieces and nephews, Caitlyn, Emily, Wade and Omar; her stepsister Jessica Cileone; her uncle Bruce Rosenberg; her aunts, Linda Kennish and Debbie Turnbull; Cheryl Cileone. She is also survived by many cousins, friends and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for contributions to be sent to The American Cancer Society or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
