With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William C Harper Jr. of Delaware City, Delaware, who passed away on February 24, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, William C. Harper Sr. and Mildred A. Harper; his stepfather George Dutton; his siblings, Robert Harper Sr. (Bobby) and Betty Breeding; and his daughter Tammy Harper-Pool.
He is survived by : his wife Beatrice; his pet Sandi; his children, Carol O'Neal (Lacie), Tina Davis, Zoe Harper, Buck Harper (Kayla) and Jessica Harper; his stepchildren, Nicole Scott (Michael), Richard Thomas (Glenna) and Michael Thomas; and his siblings, Millie O'Neal (Bill), Barbara Sinsabaugh (John), Joan Taylor and Richard Harper (Cindy). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill's name can be made to the Delaware Humane Society.
