Frances I. Adkins Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Insley and Addie Insley (Mills); her husband John William Adkins; and her siblings, Ed "Buddy" Insley, Wesley "Bunky" Insley, Catherine King, Lillian Finnegan, Nina Lee Krowchick and Mina Lee Paul.
She is survived by: her sons, John D. Adkins (Darlene) of Dundalk and Victor William Adkins (Valerie) of Elizabeth City, NC; her grandchildren, Brandi Hink (Jason), Jennifer McAdams (Phillip), Sarah Adkins, Alexandria Riggs (Joshua), Victoria Adkins and Consuela Williams (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Chrissa Radomsky, Lana Hink, Holden Hink, Jacey Hink, Amelia Riggs, Dalton Riggs, Dakota Riggs, Jasper-Oden Adkins, Timothy Adkins, Dakota Adkins, James McAdams, Brian McAdams, Savannah McAdams, Addie Williams and Isabella McAdams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
