He is survived by: his children, Lisa Miller, Cindy Vincent, Renee Phippin (Clark) and George "Sam" Miller, Jr.; his grandchildren, Autumn Miller of Sam Miller, III, Justin Worster, Meghan Worster, Alyssa Worster, Ashley Miller, Joshua Peterson and Taylor Vincent; his siblings, Donald Miller (Natalie), Joan Webb (Virgil), Molly Hayward (Jim), Kathy Timmons (Freddie) and Georgia Hearn (Jim); his close friends, Dale Jones, Jim Walker, Paul Conley, Tammy and Skip Hudson; and his sister-in-law Diana Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
