He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Lance Eller and Georgie Combs Eller; his former wife Linda Robbins Eller; and his siblings, Max Eller and Bobbi Mullins.
He is survived by: his wife Fay Ellis Jones-Eller; his children, J. Lance Eller of Melfa, Virginia and Susan Eller Smith (David) of Kodiak, Alaska; his grandchildren, Joseph Eller of Melfa, Christen Eller of St. Petersburg, Zachary Smith of Kodiak, Emily Smith of Kodiak and Joshua Smith of Anchorage, Alaska; and his brother Randy Eller (Ruth) of Roanoke, Virginia. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and several cousins.
