We announce the death of Jessie A. Coleman (Delmar, Delaware), born in Cambridge, Maryland, who passed away on July 4, 2026, at the age of 91. Jessie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Maxwell Miller, Jr. and Eunice Hannah Miller (Lamb); and her siblings, Sylvia Stalnaker, Erline Bailey, Sylvester Maxwell Miller, III and Russell Elwood Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth DeGroat (Terry) and Dan Edmondson (Maggie Hymes); her granddaughter Dale "Daisy" Rose (Josh); her great grandchild Natalie McCollum; and her great great grandchild Maxwell Wolfgang Osborn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
