With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth H. Bennett Sr. in Delmar, Delaware, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on March 24, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Bennett and Helen Darnille Bennett; his wife Margaret Gertrude Bennett (Bowden); his grandchildren, Michele Fothergill and Whittney Bennett; and his siblings, Jim, Tom, Norman, Lawrence, Jerry, Walter, Robert, Ernie and Betty Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth H. Bennett, Jr. (Lisa), George M. Bennett (Karen), Franklin O. Bennett (Robin) and Jane E. Bennett; and his grandchildren, Sandra Bennett, Kenneth Bennett, III, Donnie Bennett, Christina Bennett Hastings, Amy Shea, Jamie Bennett and Nikki Bounds. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
