She was predeceased by: her parents, James Jones and Hilda Jones; her husband Harold Ray Hovatter, Sr.; and her children, Walter Hovatter and Phyllis Ennis.

She is survived by: her children, Russell Hovatter (Darlene), David Hovatter (Carol), Harold Ray Hovatter, Jr. (Cathy) and Donald Hovatter (Rebecca). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
