She is survived by: her husband Philip R. Adkins, Sr.; her children, Philip R. Adkins, Jr. (Brandy Smith), Dianna Lynn Cockey (Richard) and Patrick Adkins (Rene); her grandchildren, Kayla Wright Kincaid (Scott) of Richard, Paige McCarthy (Aaron), Lauren Kate Cockey, Austin Philip Adkins, Megan Melissa Adkins and Tori Patricia Adkins; her great grandchildren, Adilynn, Layton, Maverick, Olivia and Carter; her siblings, Albert Austin (Priscilla) and Bonnie Patterson; and her brother-in-law Vaughn Cranfield. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
