With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick Dennis Manchin of Delmar, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 25, 2025 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Sonya Maria Jones; his brother Brandon Bennett; his grandparents, Richard and Sylvia Malone; and his great-grandparent Agnes Daisey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Erica Sinthavong (James), David Hill, Tyler Manchin (Paige), Hannah Manchin and Emily Bready (Christopher); his nieces and nephews, Dillon, Oliver, Alexx, Kamryn, Dominic, Chance, Molly, Madisyn, Ibrahim, Sophia, Evelyn, Adeline and Amelia; his great-niece Maliha; and his pet Tidus.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Short Funeral Home (13 E Grove St, Delmar, DE 19940). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
