He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Knox, Christa Penuel (Bill) and Tracie Robin Dorrell; and his sister Jenny L. Cary. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
