He is survived by: his mother Kelley Lynn Callis; his children, Alexa Prato, Sean Prato, Liam Avery, Sebastian Avery, Lance Prato and Corbin Prato; his stepfather Robert Callis; his siblings, Patricia "Trish" Jester (Steve) and Lee Bruce Stevenson (Kristen); his nieces and nephews, Maddison, Hayleigh, Rayvin, Ayden and Kinsley; his girlfriend Danielle Kuhn; his friend Katie Collingsworth; and his close friend Richard "Rick" Waters.
