He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Mahan and Carrie Voy Mahan; and his son William L. Mahan. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Callaway Mahan; his children, Vinoo Mankad, Theresa Palmer (Timmy) and Catherine Shinall (Mathias); his brother Bobby Mahan (Connie); his grandchildren, Tara Matthews (Crawford) and Marcus Mahan; and his great grandchildren, Ryleigh and Ryker Matthews.
