He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. Ortiz; and his sons, Andres R. Ortiz (Leslie), Neil M. Ortiz (Jackie) and Jonathan Ortiz. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
