He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Salvatore and Francesca Salvatore; his sons, Marc Salvatore and Christian Salvatore; and his brother Peter Salvatore.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Anthony and Candice; his stepdaughters, JoAnn O'Loughlin and Diane Houlihan (Patrick); his siblings, Beneditto, Julia Vallez, Theresa Prazeres and Josephine Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Timothy, Alivia and Daniel. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Delaware Hospice, the American Heart Association, or the Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
