She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Quail and Herbert Quail. She is survived by: her husband James Brooks Sr.; her children, Victoria Marcus of Bethleham, Georgia, Tonya Boddie of Lancaster, California and James Brooks Jr. of Dover, Delaware.; and her friends, Paulette Fuller of Chester, Pennsylvania, Mary of Goldsboro, Margret Bell of Dover, Delaware and Doris Palmer of Felton, Delaware.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews; as well as, grand nieces and nephews.
