He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sergent Seeney, Sr. and Emma Rebecca Carney Seeney; and his brother Michael Seeney. He is survived by: his uncle Lincoln Carney; his nieces, Venessa McClausland, Diana Barr (Nino) of Hartly and Tanisha Seeney (David Carney) of Wyoming; and his cousin Jackie Morris.
