He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin L. Grice Sr. and Naomi Israel Grice. He is survived by: his sister Berletha Grice Burton; his sister-in-law Jean Grice; his son-in-law Kevin B. Taylor; his wife Charmaine Grice of Dover, DE.; his brother John D. Grice of Cranford, NJ.; and his children, Eugene A. Grice (Darlene) of Dover, DE, Cassandra, Cheryl Charles (Duane) and Richard Henry of Ewa Beach, HI.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren (and their spouses) and 15 great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
