Carr (John); his great-nephew Josh Hodges; his nephews, Greg Bush (Cheryl) and Steven Duncan (Lisa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Riley and George E. Luff, II (Cathy); his niece Kathy Ragolia (Joe); his grandson Joey Ringland; and his sister-in-law Madeline Luff.
