He was predeceased by: his parents, Kay Henry (Books) and Larry Henry, Sr.; and his brother Larry "Jake" Henry, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his son Jimmy Faulkner; his grandsons, Landyn, Cadyn and Grayson; and his siblings, Pat Carnell, Mary Logar (Dan), Deb Moraca (Virg), Carol McCarty (Kevin), Libby Trautman, Fran King (Jim), Sue Henry (Doug) and John Henry (Linda).

In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Cancer Research for the cure.
