She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Stanley and Hazel Stanley Adkins of Gallagher, WV; her husband Jack; and her brother John Stanley. She is survived by: her daughter Sheri Okladek Bailey (Jim) of Wilmington, DE; her grandsons, Derek Okladek (Patty) of Douglasville, PA and Karl Okladek of Pottstown, PA; and her great grandchild Gabrielle Okladek. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
