She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert H. Bishop and Margaret Jeanette Cushion Bishop; her husband Samuel Blair; her son-in-law Jerry Manley, Sr.; and her grandson Justin Blair.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine Manley of Clayton, Samuel E. Blair (Cindy) of Sandtown, Charles W. Blair (Kelly) of Elkton, MD and Margaret J. Smith (Michael, Sr.) of Bridgeville; and her siblings, Patrick E. Bishop of Dover, Jessie Davila (Richard) of Dover and Gladys M. Bishop (Michelle Garing) of Dover. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
