He is survived by: his wife Lady Sylvia Holsey; his children, Stephan Prattis-Holsey (Nikia), Mandie Holsey and Samantha Holsey (Travis); his grandchildren, Tiara, Stephan, Jr., Tyler, Jayden and Juliana; and his siblings, Joseph Holsey (Mary), Clarence Holsey (Shirley), Janice Beard (John) and Sharon Oliver (Otis). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, spiritual sons and daughters, friends.

A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Bibleway Temple (56 Kirkwood St, Dover, DE 19901).
