He was predeceased by: his brothers, Orlando and Anthony Baines. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Johnson Downs; his parents, Robert Baines (Margaret "Peggy" Baines) and Margaret "Peggy" Baines; his siblings, Valerie Lofland, Sharon Deputy, Thomas "Tom" and Reginald "Reggie" Baines; his children, Jamar Keith Cain and Sharday Tribbett; his grandson William Kulhanek Jr.; his brother-in-law Terry Deputy; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle Baines, Regina Baines, Andrew Lofland, Aisha Lofland, Jalisa Baines, Alexia Deputy and Chris Baines. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, great nieces, and nephews.
