He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Etcher and Verna Etcher; his wife Dorothy Etcher (Dottie); his daughter Karen Louise Etcher; and his brothers, Lyle R. Etcher (Mickey) and Lawrence D. Etcher (Betty).
He is survived by: his son Jeff B. Etcher (Cathy); his stepdaughters, Roberta Porter (Bobbie) and Darlene Hannigan; his grandchildren, Sharon, Katie, Natalie, Bruce, Jennifer and Tommy; his great grandchildren, Brandy, Brittany, Casey, Tyler, Tanner, Olivia, Giulianna, Cash, Storm and Brock; his great great grandchildren, Kayden, Jace, Cali, Ryker, Koe and Hudson; his sister Karen L. Wellman (Chet); his close friends, Cyrena Wyatt, Jane Maroon, Amy Oxendine and Michelle Bell; Elana, Alyssa and Maura.
