She was predeceased by: her grandson Kenneth Ramos. She is survived by: her husband Ramon Melendez; her daughters, Nitza Melendez, Wanda Spraker and Carmen Crowley; her grandchildren, Elena and Miguel Montanez; and her daughters, Karem Jackson, Gretchen and Kristen Ramos. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
