She was predeceased by: her parents, Octavious Toby and Liona Uansa (Cantwell). She is survived by: her husband Komba M. Kpakiwa; and her sons, A. Y. Kpakiwa of Dover, DE, Leslie Labbauf of Harrisburg, PA and Lee Labbauf of Harrisburg, PA.. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
