She was predeceased by: her husbands, William J. Gibbons (Bill), Ernest Meeks, Mahala Wolfe (Lula Beatrice Messer) and Jasper Meeks; and her grandson Jason Gibbons.
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Gibbons (Lynn) of Dagsboro, DE, Brenda Will (William) of Wyoming, DE and William Gibbons (Dawn) of Dagsboro, DE; her brothers, Raymond Meeks and George Meeks (Trish); and her grandchildren, Christopher Gibbons (Kristin) of Lincoln, DE, Jeff Gibbons (Kimberly) of Magnolia, DE, Lisa Comfort (Paul) of Queen Ann, MD, Monica Slater (Andrew) of Wyoming, DE, Michael Gibbons of Dagsboro, Brian Gibbons (Julie) of Dagsboro, Lindsey Stamps (Terry) and Zachery Choma of Dagsboro, DE. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
