She is survived by: her husband Ernie; her children, Christopher Merlo (Kristin) of Delaware, Sydney (Dj) of Delaware and Haylee Scruggs of Delaware; her grandsons, Aiden and Dominic; her siblings, Robert Payton Jr. of Delaware, Carol Harmon (John) of New York and Debra DeVincent (Jeremy) of Delaware; and her uncle Bernard Brooks (Susan) of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.
