He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Grier Mundorf and Thelma Dietz Mundorf. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, C. Blair Mundorf, Jr. of Dover, Brad S. Mundorf of Florida and Kirsten J. M. Barnes (Greg) of Dover; his siblings, John D. Mundorf of Dagsboro and Tracy L. Decker (George) of Dagsboro; his grandchildren, Brie Cohen (Aaron), Chas Mundorf (Cheyenne), Zach Barnes (Jessi), Greg Barnes (Amber), Spence Mundorf and Sean Mundorf; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Colton, Madalynn, Graham, Cecilia, Karen and Charles B. Mundorf, IV; and his grandchildren, Kenzi and Khole.
