He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Leighton Longeway and Dorothy Shanahan Longeway. He is survived by: his wife Mary Terence Mahoney Longeway (Terry) of Dover; his son Kyle Spencer Longeway (Nicole) of Elkton, MD; his siblings, Kenneth Longeway (Barbara) of Pine Hurst, Annette O'Keefe of Biloxi, MS, Jeanine Bennett of San Diego, CA and Janis Bottorff (Scott) of Ridgecrest, CA; his grandchildren, Alex, Laura, Emma and Katie Longeway; and his great grandchild Gunnar Longeway.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to the U.S. Naval Academy Foundation.
