We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2023, at the age of 51, David P. Collins (Dover, Delaware) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Christina Collins; and his father John R. Collins. He is survived by: his son David W. Collins; his sister Kelly McDowell (Dan) of New Holland, PA; his mother Norma Taylor Collins of Dover, DE; his aunts, Nita Daley of Onancock Virginia and Vicki Collins of Frisco; and his cousin Chris Daley.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Code Purple Delaware.
