She is survived by: her husband Robert Mahaffey; her children, Ronald, Doug Coverdale and Darlene Ravis; her siblings, Bill Ivins and Brenda Collins; her granddaughters, Kimberly Ryan and Lindsey Stamps; and her stepdaughter Ruthann Washburn. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
