It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris M Palmer of Dover, Delaware, born in Magnolia, Delaware, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Greenfield Minus and Luvenia Roberts Minus; and her siblings, Fred, Marvin, Homer, Edward, Betty and Mary Erma Minus.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas C. Palmer, Sr.; her children, Tamara Purnell (Troy) of Hagerstown, MD, Thomas C. Palmer, Jr. (Keisha) of Seaford, DE, Tommaine Palmer (Phillip) of Seaford, DE, Tanya Lovett (Hank) of Seaford, DE, Kathy Garland and Tracey Harmon (Millsboro); her cousins, Thomas "Petie" Minus and Rev. Wassetta Moses; her caregivers, Raymond and Thomaszene Graham; and her close friends, Bobby Jones, Karen Robinson, Cecilia Dunning, Alnita Foster, Phyllis and Alan Brown. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
