She was predeceased by: her parents, Delphin J. Harman and Elma Melvin Harman; her husband Charles R. Walls; her sister Eleanor H. Connell; her stepfather Harold Overfield; and her husband Edward N. Rowlinson.
She is survived by: her sons, David C. Walls (Jan) and Michael N. Walls (Debra); her stepchildren, Michael Rowlinson (Robin) of Lewes, DE and Terri McBride (Charles Mowll) of Milton, DE; her grandchildren, Matthew Walls (Lauren), Andrew Walls (Tabitha), Julie Lavender (Dwayne) and Scott Walls (Jacquelyn); and her stepgrandchildren, Michael Rowlinson (Megan) and Noelle Mills (Joseph). She is also survived by her thirteen great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Wesley United Methodist Church, 209 S. State Street, Dover, DE 19901 or to Delaware Hospice, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE 19963.
