She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mosley and Anna Miller; and her husband Lonnie Carney. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Edward Mosley (Donna) of Ridgely, MD, Wanda Carney of Dover, DE and Donna Miller (James) of Dover, DE; and her grandchildren, Deborah, Jamie, Tenisha, Tydell and Jared. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Torbert Funeral Chapel (1145 E Lebanon Rd, Dover, DE 19901).
