She is survived by: her children, Reginald Joseph and Regina Tilley; her children-in-law, Harry Lee Tilley and Paulette Brown Joseph; her grandchildren, Vernon, Ebonie (Jonathan Taylor), Sharlene Sr. (John Enderle), Victoria (Jay), Jammel (Vanessa Tilley), Damien (Justine Niskoless), Isaiah (Ann Tilley), Sabrina (Jonathan) and Sophia (Maurice Hobbs); and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Jr., Vernon, Joseph, Faith, Gabriella, Jayce and Christian.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home - Dover (717 W Division St, Dover, DE 19904). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
