She is survived by: her parents, Michael Welch and Jessica Welch; her grandparents, Jeff, Mary Frances Eisenbrey, Christine Pedrotty, JB Hurd and Susan Whitcomb; and her great-grandparents, Thomas, Tonia Welch and Mary Lou Hurd. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Ellie's memory be sent to the March of Dimes.
