It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Catherine Saltenberger of Dover, Delaware, who passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Nowlan and Mary Nowlan (Mullin); and her husbands, Jim Saltenberger and Robert Hallihan (Bob). She is survived by: her sons, Steven Nowlan of Warrick Settlement, Kenny Nowlan of Saint John and Cory Hallihan (Roxanne) of Renous; her grandchildren, Emily of Renous, Hannah of Renous and Dawson Hallihan of Renous; and her siblings, Mary McInnis of Mckinleyville, Donald, William Nowlan of Warrick Settlement, Fred, Bev, Tom, Bob, Sterling, Daryl, Eugene, Henry, Linda, Addaville, Doreen and Grace.
