He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Hall and Kathlyn Warren Hall; his former wife Ruth Koehler Hall; his wife Mary Irene "Mollie" Raley-Hall of Dover; his children, Ray Hall (Jigie) of Dover and Lena Hall of Bowers Beach; his brothers, Jeff Hall (Alex) of Dover, Tom Hall (Debbie) of Dover and David Hall (Nancy) of Dover; and his grandchildren, Jasmin of Dover, Nicholas of Dover, Alexander Hall of Dover and Vincent Zeno of Bowers Beach. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and their children.
