We are sad to announce that, on April 7, 2023, at the age of 91, Eva Gaines (Dover, Delaware), born in Clarksburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Fisher and V. Pearl Hitt Fisher; and her sisters, Martha Tichnor (Ben) of Grafton, WV and Shirley McEldowney (Cecil) of Bridgeport, WV.. She is survived by: her children, Howard Gaines III of Harrington, Elaine Gaines of Dover and Cindy Gaines Yeomans (John) of Smyrna; and her grandsons, Jordan Yeomans of Texas, Tyler and Garrett Yeomans of Delaware.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Dover, the Hacker's Creek Pioneers Descendants of W. Virginia, and the Germanna Foundation of Virginia.
