It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Helen Tobler of Dover, Delaware, born in Massey, Maryland, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood D, Sr. and Evelyn Ringgold Starkey; her husband John W. Tobler (JW); her siblings, Betty Ruth (Kenton) and Elwood D. Starkey, Jr.; and her granddaughter Amy Marker.
She is survived by: her children, John W. Tobler Jr. of Bridgeville and Linda Sue Pepper (Frank) of Dover; her grandchildren, Jaime Tobler Riggin (Louis), Holly Marker and Douglas John Marker Jr. (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, James Wooleyhand Jr., Lia Riggin, Sam Riggin, Willow Massie, Devin Bauer and Carter Bauer.
