With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Lee Welch (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on March 24, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Welch and Anna McMichael Welch; and his siblings, Robert J. Welch and Pauline Bryner. He is survived by : his wife Teresa L. Wilt Welch of Camden; and his children, Marcia Bingham (Randy) of Refugio, TX, Terry of Dover, Peggy Katz (Jay) of Dover, Christine Welch Aaron of New Bern, NC, Susan Bassett (Brian) of Oceanview, DE, Donna Winchester of Camden and James Massie, II of Wilmington, DE. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
