It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis M Rolla (Dover, Delaware), who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Michael, Debbie and Cheryl; his former spouse British; and his wife Jean. He is also survived by his two children, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
