Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the Faith Community Church (2240 S Dupont Hwy, Dover, DE 19901). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests doing a random act of kindness in honor of Frank.
